Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is:

2:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day will begin processing that business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is the same for all shipping destinations and begins according to the order cut-off schedule above.

Shipping Times

United States

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.

Australia

Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after processing.

Netherlands

Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after processing.

We currently ship to these three destinations only.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States, Australia, and the Netherlands.

No additional standard shipping charges will be added at checkout for these destinations.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us using the information below for assistance.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
